         The manner in which your work is carried out: Systems, processes, etc.

Recruiting tip:  State your cultural values clearly so you attract people who are the best fit for your team.

Two Questions and a Suggestion

  1. Who are We Attracting?
  2. Who are We Retaining? 
  3. Perform an Annual Cultural Assessment Pick 2-3 areas for improvement.  Then plan how your team will address and improve in each of those areas over the next 12 months.
